About The Position
Seeking Wrestling Head Coaches for the 2026-2027 school year at Strongsville High School. We are looking for one Head Coach for the Girls' team and one for the Boys' team.
Requirements
- Previous Head Coach experience or extensive Assistant Coach experience.
- Pupil Activity Permit (ODE) prior to the start of coaching.
- Coaches' Toolchest certification prior to the start of coaching.
- Clear BCI/FBI Background Check prior to the start of coaching.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the high school wrestling program.
- Coach and train student-athletes.
- Ensure compliance with all school and league regulations.
- Develop and implement effective training and competition strategies.
