About The Position

The Wrapper Production Line position is primarily responsible for overseeing the preparation and processing of dough to ensure it meets quality and production standards for Van’s Kitchen wrappers. This role involves operating and monitoring dough processing machines, inspecting dough for consistency and appearance, and performing sanitation duties. The position requires adherence to safety guidelines and effective communication with team members and management.

Requirements

English language preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred
One to two years’ experience
Experience with Food and Beverage industry preferred
Sanitation duties including sweeping floors, washing trays and tables, washing carts, cleaning short simple conveyors, squeegeeing water off the floor, and throwing out garbage.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Work in a team environment.
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where quick reaction is needed.
Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare machines and materials for production.
Operate and monitor dough processing machines to shape and process the dough.
Continuously inspect dough for consistency, texture, and appearance to ensure it meets quality standards.
Responsible for Pre-Op and Post-Op Sanitation
Maintain effective communication with other leads, supervisors, and management.
Report any food safety and/or quality issues to Production Manager immediately.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Work closely with other members of the wrapping team and production team, such as quality assurance personnel, to resolve any issues that may arise.
In the absence of Wrapper Production Line, Wrapper Lead, or Wrapper Supervisor will cover his/her responsibilities.
