As the Bilingual Support Counselor, you will provide family-centered mental health counseling, support, crisis intervention, and case management services for youth and their families. Counselors are members of a multi-disciplinary team and provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive services in the community at times and locations convenient to the family. Seneca's Wraparound Program in Santa Clara County provides culturally-sensitive, highly-coordinated intensive services to youth and families with complex and enduring needs. Through a team and strengths-based approach, the mental health supports focus on enhancing safety, placement stability, and well-being. Wraparound works in close partnership with the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS), Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health and Post-Adoption services to provide outcome-oriented services aimed to keep youth in their homes and community. Wraparound serves racially and ethnically diverse youth and families regardless of, but not limited to, their socio-economic circumstance, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and religion.
