About The Position

IPMG is offering a sign-on bonus of $1600 within the first 12 months. The company is 100% Employee Owned and partakes in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which invests employees into company stock, allowing Employee Owners to share in IPMG's growth. This full-time, hybrid Wraparound Facilitator position requires travel to community-based meetings multiple times per week and remote work from a home office setting. Due to the requirement for in-person meetings, applicants must reside within the State of Indiana or within 10 miles of the state line. Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• The ability to pass thorough background screens
• A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting
• Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
• Applicants must live within the State of Indiana or within 10 miles of the state line

Responsibilities

• Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family
• Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care
