About The Position
Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is the largest integrated health care system in Connecticut, seeking a Per Diem Wound Care Physician to join their dynamic team. This role offers a clinically advanced and stimulating work environment within a progressive, physician-led organization. The position involves practicing alongside nationally respected colleagues in a broad network that includes acute care hospitals, community teaching hospitals, and a large multi-specialty medical group. The opportunity is open to General Surgeons, Trauma Surgeons, Primary Care Providers, and Emergency Medicine Providers.
Requirements
- Board-certified in relevant specialty
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Provide wound care to an average of 15 patients per block.
- Collaborate with a strong support team including Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).
- Focus on providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative work environment.
