Wound Care Physician - Billerica, MA
About The Position
The Wound Care Physician will provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. The role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibility with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians will become experts in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors, and utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. The practice is mobile, with physicians visiting 2-3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is done at the point of care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. Paid training is provided during onboarding, along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
- Full, active, and unrestricted license in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 days a week within our working days of Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
- Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
- Perform clinical documentation at the point of care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
