About The Position

Skilled Wound Care is a leading national wound care physician group seeking motivated MDs and DOs who want to step off the hospital treadmill, leave the legal and administrative burnout behind, and get back to practicing pure medicine. As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you will provide critical, hands-on care to a vulnerable geriatric population in nursing facilities. You make the clinical decisions. You manage your outcomes. We handle the rest.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Active, clear, and unrestricted Illinois medical license.
Active and unrestricted DEA license.

Nice To Haves

You do not need to have completed a full residency program.
You do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
