Wound Care Physician - Sleepy Eye, MN
About The Position
The Wound Care Physician will provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. The role involves delivering modern wound management in the post-acute care setting, specifically in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians will conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, visiting 2-3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is performed in real-time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The practice is mobile, covering a 40-60 mile radius. Comprehensive physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship are provided.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
- Full, active, and unrestricted license in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 days a week within our working days of Monday through Friday.
