About The Position
Carle Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Wound Care physician to join their growing Wound Care team in Peoria, Illinois. The position is based out of Carle Health Methodist Atrium and Hospital campus. The physician will provide comprehensive medical evaluation and management for patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds, including specialized Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including an advanced practice provider and nurses.
Requirements
- BE/BC Wound Care physician
- Valid medical license
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
- Experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical evaluation and management for patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds
