About The Position
We are looking for an RN or LPN to lead our skin integrity initiatives and provide expert clinical care to our amazing residents!
Requirements
- Prior wound care clinical experience is required.
- Valid Tennessee RN or LPN license.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with wounds, colostomies, and acute injuries.
- Educate staff and patients on infection control and pressure ulcer prevention.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimum recovery outcomes.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
