About The Position

RestorixHealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team as a Wound Care Nurse. The LPN will utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care, working collaboratively with other disciplines. This role involves providing routine care for the sick or injured in conjunction with Registered Nurses, with ongoing training provided. The company emphasizes restoring health and improving the quality of life for patients.

Requirements

• Valid LPN nursing license required
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train)
• Experience with billing and coding preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames
• Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately
• Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcome
