About The Position
NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights is seeking a full-time Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to join their team. This role involves assessing and evaluating patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries, ensuring optimal patient care delivery through wound care nursing procedures. The nurse will also provide education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections, and coordinate care with other health professionals. This position includes some on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Maintain a current unencumbered LPN or RN license for the State of MO.
Nice To Haves
- Wound Care certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries.
- Ensure optimum patient care delivery in wound care nursing procedures.
- Provide education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections.

- Perform on-call duties as required.
