About The Position
Westwood Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and professional Wound Care Nurse to join their team. The role involves providing primary skin care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing Services, or the Medical Director of the facility, with an emphasis on treatment and therapy of skin disorders. The position is full-time, day shift, with 3 12-hour shifts and a weekend rotation. Westwood Post Acute is committed to providing personalized rehabilitation, memory care, and nursing services.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in CO
- Wound care experience required

- Wound Care Certification preferred
