We are located in the heart of Greenfield, IN on the 3rd floor of Hancock Regional Hospital. AMG Specialty Hospital - Hancock Campus is seeking a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN). The Wound Care Nurse evaluates new and existing in/out patient's wound and monitors and treats the wound as per treatment policies and procedures. Provide direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting. Communicate with physicians/CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient's condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Indiana RN or LPN Licensure in good standing.
  • BLS Certification
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • Wound Care Certification and Experience preferred.
  • ACLS Certification (required for RN only)
