About The Position

RestorixHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Wound Care Nurse position. The LPN will utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. This role involves working collaboratively with other disciplines and providing routine care for the sick or injured in conjunction with Registered Nurses. Ongoing training will be provided to ensure success in the role. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends.

Requirements

• Valid LPN nursing license required
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train)
• Experience with billing and coding preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames
• Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately
• Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcome
