Requirements
- South Carolina Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license
- Wound Care Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities
- Work with IDT to assure accurate patient assessment and development of plans of care related to wounds and wound prevention
- Maintain ongoing communication with providers, patients, and families
- Complete wound assessment on admission or hospital return within 24 to 72 hours of admission.
- Perform accurate measure of pressure ulcers report to center leadership team
- Participate in weekly center leadership meetings
- Oversee the development of QA/Performance Improvement plans for wound prevention and healing
- Carry out education and disciplinary action as indicated.
- Other duties as assigned.
