We are seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in LTC facilities located in Campbellsville, Berea and somerset, KY. Requirements
- Valid NP License in the State of west virginia
- Wound Care experience

Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds.
- Establish a plan of care.
- Change dressings.
- Perform medically necessary debridement.
