About The Position

We are seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide specialized wound care in a clinical setting across a stable network of skilled nursing facilities. This role offers autonomy, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients. The Nurse Practitioner will independently manage their schedule across multiple facilities, working alongside experienced clinical teams with no call responsibilities and strong regional support. The typical patient volume is 90-100 patients per week, with a productivity-based compensation model that includes bi-weekly bonuses and the potential to earn approximately $170,000 annually. Support is provided through clinical leadership and an established EMR system (DocNow).

Requirements

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Active or eligible Connecticut APRN license.
Wound care and debridement experience.
Comfortable practicing independently across multiple facilities.
Value relationship-based care and long-term stability.
