About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide specialized wound care across an established network of skilled nursing facilities throughout Shoreline and Central Connecticut. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call and requires independent practice across multiple facilities. The role involves providing specialized wound care, performing debridement, managing a typical patient volume of 90-100 patients per week, building long-term relationships with patients and facilities, and working alongside experienced clinical teams. Care is documented using the DocNow EMR system.

Requirements

• DDS Or DMD REQUIRED
• Active Indiana Dental License Or Eligibility For Indiana Licensure REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Comprehensive Dental Care REQUIRED
• Comfortable Performing The Full Scope Of General Dentistry Procedures REQUIRED
