Requirements

Active U.S. license
Board certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants)
Qualified specialties include but not limited to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities

Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
