About The Position

PAM Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in Wound Care. The role involves coordinating wound care therapy within the overall nursing care plan, educating patients and families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of nursing practice. Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Two years direct patient care experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Certification from approved Wound Care Certification course is preferred.
• Experience in wound care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates wound care therapy into the total nursing care plan for patients.
• Participates in patient and family teaching.
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
