About The Position

Arlington Public Schools is seeking a World Language Teacher for Jefferson Middle School. This position involves teaching Spanish to middle and/or high school students. The role requires a strong sense of professionalism and the ability to integrate technology into instruction. The salary will be based on the FY2026-27 salary schedule.

Requirements

• Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
• Spanish endorsement.
• Teaching experience in the above mentioned area.
• Knowledge of best instructional practices.
• Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.
• Experience in educational and instructional leadership.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
