About The Position

The Construction Management and Civil and Construction Engineering department of the STEM college is seeking to hire multiple Workstudy employees. The duties of this position will be: Answering phone calls, retrieving and delivering mail and packages, greeting guests and students, and assisting in filing and organization. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled at UALR
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must have proof of Federal Workstudy Award

Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Retrieve, sort, and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
  • Run errands as needed
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
