About The Position

This is a practical, hands-on role combining workshop support, parts cleaning, yard upkeep and local vendor collections. It suits someone who takes pride in keeping a busy operation safe, organised and moving.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
• A team player who is willing to support different areas of the operation.
• Previous forklift experience.
• A valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
• At least 25 years old to meet the requirements for operating company vehicles.
• Able to pass a background check and employment eligibility verification through E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Clean crane parts using solvent tanks and other approved cleaning equipment.
• Use power tools, including grinders, die grinders and wire wheels, safely and correctly.
• Prepare and assist with the assembly of parts and equipment.
• Keep the workshop, warehouse, yard, parking lot and work pads clean and orderly.
• Complete routine housekeeping, including sweeping, waste removal and debris clean-up.
• Organise and rearrange materials in the yard and back-pad areas.
• Collect parts and vendor orders locally using a company vehicle when required.
• Support the Repairs Department and take on other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
• Follow detailed instructions, work efficiently and help maintain a safe working environment.
