Requirements

  • Forklift and overhead crane certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Physical ability to respond to emergencies and perform hands-on tasks safely.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • 2–3 years of industry experience in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all company safety policies, quality systems, and operational procedures.
  • Support workshop operations by assisting with tool preparation, inventory, and load-out activities.
  • Participate in product-specific training and maintain competency standards.
  • Promote and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.
  • Remain available for 24-hour call as needed to support field and shop activities.
  • Assist in preparing and testing tools and equipment for jobs.
  • Deliver equipment and supplies, ensuring accurate paperwork for delivery tickets, job reports, and timesheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and services provided in the field.
  • Recommend improvements to methods, processes, and performance for greater efficiency.
  • Report activity status daily to the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely in compliance with certification requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors within job constraints.
