About The Position
TCR has a brand-new, exciting opportunity available in our Adelaide Workshop: Workshop Supervisor. TCR Group is a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions that keep airports running smoothly worldwide. With over 1,800 employees across 200+ airports, we provide mission-critical rental, leasing, and maintenance services that airlines and handlers rely on every day. As a Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of technicians, manage daily workflow and maintain an accurate parts store, using your trade background and people skills to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- A people-oriented team player with good communication and organisational skills.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
- Leadership experience or natural ability to take leadership responsibility
- Someone who takes ownership and works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone seeking long-term career growth.
- Some with a relevant trade qualification as LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic and strong practical technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians including daily meetings, task allocation and planning the workflow for the operation.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate and organised parts store, including stock control and record-keeping.
- Support technicians, monitor job progress and complete administrative tasks is SAP/FSM.
- Help keep daily operations running smoothly
