This position provides project scheduling support for High Bay operations within Subsea Services North America (NAM) organization. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, while maintaining a high level understanding of shop operations workflow from a top level. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills are essential, as the role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders in projects, engineering, shop leadership and planners to gather information to support scheduling activities. This position will work very closely with High Bay planning, line and building managers to schedule and plan work through the facility including subsea equipment and tooling mobilizations and demobilizations, refurbishments, and EMS new build production. The role also includes analytical reporting to track backlog and forecast scheduling activities which will feed into shop capacity planning requirements.
