Improve process efficiencies and outcomes within workplace technology and across organization. Identify and deliver improved client experience using approaches such as scripting and automation. Excellent communications skills, including ability to distill complicated instructions into audience-appropriate actionable steps and explain and present advanced and complicated technical topics to peers and technical management, at the appropriate level of detail. Develop necessary relationships with lead engineers and technical leadership across desktop hardware and software support areas to provide proactive feedback and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
  • Experience with operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystems including their role in an enterprise office setting.
  • Proficient with scripted automation in a relevant scripting language.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology (server, network, storage, security).
