This position is located in Port Arthur, TX and will consist of various mail related duties, including delivering inbound mail & packages, processing inbound/outbound shipments, heavy lifting, etc, all performed within a corporate working environment. Requirements

The qualifications of the Workplace Services Mail Center Specialist position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer care.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent attendance, punctuality and communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Lifting up to 50 lbs with aid

Nice To Haves

Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus

Responsibilities

The Workplace Services Mail Center Specialist position will handle various mail related duties, including delivering inbound mail & packages, processing inbound/outbound shipments, heavy lifting, etc all performed within a corporate working environment.
Mail Operations - Sort & deliver incoming mail according to established procedures
Shipping/Receiving Services - Receive & scan in/out overnight packages
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Adhere to safety, security and business procedure guidelines
Provide support within the operation and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
