The Milwaukee Workplace Operations Experience Analyst is responsible for completing a wide range of hospitality and customer service activities focusing on client, visitor and employee experience. The Operations Experience Analyst is the primary point of contact for their assigned work area, will be in the office Monday through Friday during business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and will perform a wide range of workplace services which may include meeting and event support including audio visual technology, room setup, reservations support, space management and other activities as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a professional environment providing customer service, hospitality and audio visual/general office technology support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer general inquiries, assist in resolving challenges or direct them to the appropriate resource.
  • Greet clients, visitors and employees
  • Provide personalized and exceptional internal and external customer support with an emphasis on elevated hospitality
  • Assist with any Workplace position while demonstrating a willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.
  • Set up and maintain workspace/meeting rooms including catering and audio/visual equipment.
  • Keep inventory, stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/kitchen area, etc.).
  • Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).
  • Provide meeting and event technology support prior and during meetings.
  • Complete multiple daily walkthroughs of work area to support customers and ensure space is prepped to standards.
  • Provide support and/or execute activities related to on-site or off-site meetings and events.
  • Perform administrative duties according to location processes and guidelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for the landlord or external providers, coordinating all works carried out on the ground and maintenance of the office space.
  • Receive, process, and deliver inbound and outbound mail and packages.
  • Select best method of shipping with referral to detailed instructions.
  • Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants and other points of interest.
  • Provide first-line support for basic office technology.
  • Respond to inquiries and anticipate needs.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with teammates and other departments.
  • Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space, catering & equipment) and ensure optimal workspace occupancy.
  • Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
