About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Workplace Management Lead to support a life science client located in Rahway, New Jersey. As a Workplace Management Lead, you will act as the strategic bridge between high-level engineering goals and global execution. Your core responsibility is to build and maintain strong processes and Client communication to ensure that both CAD and Occupancy Planning & Move Management team are delivering in alignment with Client expectations. Additionally, your role is to maintain technical excellence and operational efficiency across a distributed workforce, ensuring that both local and remote teams produce high-quality, standardized deliverables. Last, you will oversee the collaboration between the CAD teams and OPMM (Occupancy Planning & Move Management) team. Seamless processes with client CAFM (FM Systems) implementation are also under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of Workplace Management experience with strong expertise in CAD, Occupancy Planning, and Move Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of CAD drawing standards, space documentation, and technical design coordination.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizations and global teams to drive collaboration and project success.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead global client engagement and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage and develop onshore and offshore design teams, driving performance and productivity.
  • Establish and enforce CAD standards and oversee QA/QC for all technical deliverables.
  • Manage PLM/PDM systems to maintain data integrity and a single source of truth.
  • Oversee global resource planning, workload balancing, and departmental budget.
  • Mitigate delivery risks and improve cross-regional collaboration.
  • Drive innovation through emerging technologies (AI, Generative Design, Digital Twins) and align technical roadmaps with business growth.
