Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a luxury, high-end restaurant.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to provide personalized service.
- Maintain deep knowledge of members, preferences, and notes, ensuring seamless recognition and personalized service.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities in a fast pace, luxury dining environment.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of luxury food and beverage offerings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take, input, and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all daily changes, special menus, and guest notes.
- Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
- Ability to set up morning meetings as a self-starter.
