Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-level, concierge-style experience by warmly greeting guests, responding promptly to requests, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and set up conference and meeting rooms according to event specifications, including room configurations, audiovisual equipment, and catering arrangements.
  • Coordinate and serve hot and continental breakfasts, lunches, beverages, and catered refreshments for meetings and special events.
  • Perform routine inspections of conference rooms, visiting offices, pantry areas, and common spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, fully stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
  • Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces by ensuring they are cleaned, stocked with supplies, and ready for incoming guests and employees.
  • Assist with facility support requests, including supply deliveries, event setup and breakdown, furniture arrangements, equipment requests, and other operational needs.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize scheduling and room reservation software to coordinate meeting spaces and support daily operations.
  • Provide support for occasional after-hours meetings and firm events, including setup, coordination, hospitality services, and event breakdown.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings, events, and workplace services.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail while creating a welcoming and exceptional client experience.
