Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Boston, MA. Interested? Here's what you'd do: We're seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to support our Workplace Experience and Real Estate teams in our Boston office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet, staying organized, and helping to keep an office running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You'll work closely with the team to support daily office operations, assist with events, and ensure our space is welcoming, functional, and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a facilities or office support role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or hospitality.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on foot for extended periods.
  • Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • This position does not meet the employment requirements for individuals with F-1 OPT STEM work authorization status.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous front desk, concierge, or customer-facing experience
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, etc.)
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Dependable, organized, and proactive with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Restock office supplies across all floors and monitor inventory needs (including pens, notebooks, Post-its, etc.).
  • Provide front desk coverage as a concierge stand-in during security staff lunch or break periods
  • Support office events and catering days, including setup, food pickup, decorating, and teardown
  • Maintain conference rooms by ensuring spaces are organized, reset, and ready for use
  • Monitor and organize catering and kitchen supplies (serving utensils, bottle openers, to-go boxes, etc.)
  • Assist with morning kitchen restocking during barista service hours to support cleaning staff
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify workplace or facilities issues (e.g., lighting, furniture, cleanliness)
  • Assist with furniture assembly, repairs, and moving as needed
  • Support basic administrative, operational, and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
