The Workplace and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting all activities of the Workplace and Facilities department, specifically supporting the corporate/workplace office program and being the “face of the office” with a customer service focus. The position will also support apree health’s national care center portfolio with part of the role focused on facilities and administrative requests for the care centers. The role requires capacity to track projects, general program organization, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication with the team, company leaders, clients, all employees, and vendors, ability to keep confidentiality, a professional appearance, and a can-do attitude! The Workplace and Facilities Coordinator will work with a wide variety of contacts, supporting and building relationships with leaders and executives, property managers, vendors and assisting in activities of internal departments. Office skills, such as microsoft office/google docs, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint are needed. The position requires using a computer and telephone. Position requires full time on site duties from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and a willingness for occasional travel. Early morning, evening, and weekend hours will occasionally be required as well as participation in the after hours on call program for emergency response.
