As a Workplace Experience Ambassador at JLL, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all client employees and visitors, focusing on positively impacting the care and comfort of everyone who enters the workplace. This role combines reception and concierge services with a client-centric approach to ensure employees and visitors feel welcome, assisted, and comfortable. You will execute services consistent with Service Level Agreements while maintaining JLL's professional brand image and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Through our partnership with Schneider Electric, you will utilize Digital Visitor Management technology to deliver exceptional workplace experiences.
