As part of the Human Resources and Training department, the Workplace Coach/Instructor works in a team to develop, coach and mentor apprentices. The Workplace Coach/Instructor will help evaluate and develop learning paths for apprentices of three different aviation trades, while working with Supervisors, Crew Leads and other production staff to ensure the apprentices are getting quality work experience to develop their skills set. The Workplace Coach/instructor provides aircraft technical training, as well as other required hard skills and soft skills development. The incumbent must also possess a broad range of personal qualities, experiences and technical skills required to deal with ever-changing priorities, in an autonomous fashion. Only Canadian Residents or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.
