About The Position

Gallup's consulting internship is a combination of learning, researching, and executing important work for real clients. You’ll be part of an advisory team that brings Gallup’s research and insights to life, helping organizations create better workplaces, develop stronger leaders, and improve the lives and performance of their people. We will invest in your business knowledge, presentation skills, survey data analysis, and delivery of key recommendations to organizational leaders, all while focusing on your strengths and career development.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an undergraduate program at a college or university within a 250-mile radius of Omaha required
• Experience in project management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required
• Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required
• Anticipated graduation by spring 2028 required
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the summer of 2027 required
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday
• Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Learn from mentors, managers and experts who guide you to achieve professional excellence
• Collaborate on Gallup clients’ consulting work
• Learn how to develop workplace solutions that foster growth and impact
• Combine human and artificial intelligence to turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders
• Design, implement and present an employee engagement project
• Receive developmental feedback and hone your consulting skills
