This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and efficient checkout experience. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting various operational processes. The team member will also engage customers about loyalty programs, educate them on customer surveys, and assist with online order fulfillment. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also a component of this position.
