About The Position

Seeking a highly analytical and organized Workload Manager to join the Office of Long-Term Living in a hybrid role based out of Harrisburg, PA, with a schedule that includes two days onsite and three days remote each week. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in managing statewide operations that support the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services across regulated care settings. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of complaints, incident reports, and investigations across the region. You will review incoming complaints and incident reports, assess their urgency, assign priority levels, and ensure cases are properly distributed to licensing staff for further investigation. Your ability to evaluate risk and allocate resources effectively will be essential to maintaining timely and appropriate responses to issues that impact participant safety and regulatory compliance. You will also play a key role in managing and analyzing data across multiple tracking systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of complaint and incident information. This includes entering and monitoring data, conducting analyses, and generating detailed weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports. Your insights will help identify trends, support program improvements, and guide decision-making at both the regional and statewide levels. Collaboration is central to this position, as you will work closely with licensing staff, program leadership, and external partners such as law enforcement agencies. You will coordinate referrals and investigations with state and local authorities, assist with enforcement efforts, and support the implementation of corrective actions. Additionally, you will provide guidance, training, and technical support to staff on systems, processes, and tools used to manage workload and track incidents effectively. This role also includes responsibilities related to program evaluation and continuous improvement. You will conduct research, analyze policies and procedures, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness across operations. Your work will help strengthen program integrity and ensure that services are delivered in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
