Serve as the primary administrator for Adobe Workfront, including user setup, access levels, permissions, and license management. Configure and maintain project templates, workflows, custom forms, request queues, portfolios, programs, and groups. Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards. Assist with designing and standardizing workflows that reflect business processes. Enforce governance standards for project setup, naming conventions, reporting, and intake processes. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating user feedback and adjusting configurations to improve adoption and efficiency Own and administer the Workfront request queue ensuring that all requests are triaged and prioritized according to urgency, capacity and business line goals Build project timelines, task dependencies and milestones Continuously look for opportunities to automate and improve efficiency Build automations using Fusion Document and maintain standard operating procedures The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
