Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Partner with skilled PwC professionals on high-profile client engagements. Lead a wide range of business development activities to help identify opportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads Lead multiple complex change management engagements at a time covering topics that include but not limited to stakeholders mapping, project and change management governance, change impact assessment, adoption strategy and plans, communication and training plans. Facilitate and lead innovative and inspiring client workshops and lead client teams Manage engagement economics, oversee high-quality work, and ensure delivery excellence Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development Drive the creation of innovative products, accelerators, and methodologies that define the future of the workforce in the Agentic AI era Manage engagement economics, oversee high-quality work, and ensure delivery excellence Keep up to date on trends across the AI and change management landscape, sharing insights, and contributing to thought leadership Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our network
