The Workforce Training and Regulatory Compliance Manager oversees the design, planning, and implementation of training programs for all levels of staff, aligned with the mission, objectives, and strategy of the organization. This position partners with subject matter experts across the organization to create and update training programs, collaborating with leadership to assess ongoing and future training needs as well as the effectiveness of established programs. This position oversees and maintains agency-wide training, compliance, and quality standards by tracking requirements and performance in accordance with Office of Developmental Programs guidelines. Reporting to the CAO, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring training and compliance effectiveness. The ideal person enjoys teaching and learning. He/she believes everyone learns differently and possesses the patience to help new staff navigate challenges (ex: language barriers and reading comprehension).
