About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate complex programs across our Senior Division. This role requires a robust blend of program management expertise analytical acumen and strategic thinking to align program objectives with the company’s overall mission and vision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and resourceful approach to managing multiple stakeholders driving initiatives while navigating competing priorities and being able to manage programs that require extreme attention to detail. This position has a direct impact on the Agent Experience and requires balancing P&L priorities while creating a positive thoughtful Agent Experience throughout the cyclical selling seasons.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing programs from inception to completion with a strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving abilities with a strong ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and influence diverse groups.
- Ability to align program objectives with long-term organizational goals anticipating challenges and driving business initiatives through effective communication.
- Highly organized individual adept at managing multiple work streams prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program or project management.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with operations experience cross-functional activities relationship building leading programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs achieving measurable results and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive program plans clearly defining scope objectives and timelines.
- Lead daily activities aligned with organizational goals and drive sustainable initiatives.
- Coordinate internal teams assign tasks and ensure accountability to achieve program milestones.
- Own the program lifecycle from inception to completion including coordinating analytical requests; analyzing output; summarizing results and making program recommendations based on the findings.
- Monitor program progress against benchmarks develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular status reports for leadership.
- Work with data enablement teams to capture and leverage data for tracking reporting and future analysis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program communications.
- Facilitate meetings provide updates on status risks and opportunities and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Proactively identify potential obstacles develop and implement mitigation strategies and analyze data to inform decisions that improve retention and operational processes.
- Continuously assess and enhance processes to capture lessons learned and optimize workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve operational performance.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation including project plans timelines budgets and progress reports.
- Regularly review the quality of work with the team to ensure program standards are met.
