About The Position

The Workforce Solutions team is responsible for identifying service demand in the industry and marketing the company's brand. They establish relationships with client facilities by creating master staffing agreements that outline the terms of their partnership. The Workforce Solutions Director is tasked with prospecting and qualifying potential clients by focusing on strategic workforce planning. This role involves building mutually beneficial relationships and connections with current and potential clients on a national level within an assigned territory. The position manages a larger territory and is responsible for securing client contracts and generating revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service and solutions-based business to business sales required.
  • Healthcare and/or staffing industry experience required.
  • Proven track record of pipeline development.
  • Experience with contract negotiations to include financial negotiation.
  • Comfortable with lead generation through high volume of outbound calling.
  • Highly skilled in all aspects of social media relationship selling.
  • Proven track record of collaboration, team selling, and individual sales leadership and success.
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification or ability to obtain and maintain.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans for the assigned territory that align with the company’s strategic sales plan and revenue goals, meeting required KPI’s and revenue goals.
  • Lead generation, pipeline development, and closing new business (client staffing contracts), acting as both a "doer" and a "leader". Utilize company database, social media, personal relationships, cold calling, and other resources to maintain constant pipeline growth.
  • Travel to client facilities as needed to present company services, build relationships with high-level decision-makers, and educate prospects on the company’s offerings.
  • Secure new business (client staffing contracts) in the assigned territory and dedicated markets.
  • Participate in defining new product capabilities and geographical expansion through market analysis.
  • Develop and implement national sales account strategies in cooperation with senior leadership to meet financial objectives.
  • Analyze and present market information such as current trends, sales techniques, and application of products in healthcare as part of their quarterly business plan presented to leadership.
  • Responsible for complex sales negotiations for nurse and allied staffing, attend sales presentations, and close sales deals monthly.
  • Continue to develop and implement a structured, effective sales process as outlined in the company’s sales playbook.
  • Meet company-established sales and activity KPI’s on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Negotiate client contracts, including pricing and terms agreeable to the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.
