As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you’ll partner with Finance and HR leadership to manage salaried headcount governance, including tracking approved positions, incremental requests, open roles, contractor usage, and alignment to budget, forecast, and long-range planning assumptions. Partner with Operations to support multi-site manufacturing workforce planning across hourly populations, ensuring staffing plans align with business priorities, financial targets, integration needs, and long-range workforce strategy Create/update analytical workforce planning models based to review various staffing scenarios and make recommendations Collaborate with HR, legal & other functional leaders to identify workforce risks, mitigation opportunities, and staffing implications in a dynamic multi-site environment, including scenario analysis, financial impact, and recommended actions. Recommend HRIS updates based on organization & role changes including compensation Project management to define, coordinate and execute resources and tasks related to workforce changes

Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS systems to execute & maintain employee transactions & records
  • Working with large workforce datasets to provide relevant insights & recommendations
  • Strong Excel skills to build or evolve analytical tools
  • Communication skills with ability to influence others and achieve collaborative alignment
  • Understanding of HR policies, legal compliance and workforce planning activities

Responsibilities
