Reporting to the Workforce Operations Strategy & Optimization Leader, this role will focus on driving operational process optimization and efficiencies through all aspects of the workforce. This includes identifying opportunities, being involved in solution design, technology selection and integration, and implementation. Specifically, this role will lead the project management components of this work while bringing to bear subject matter knowledge in talent acquisition, HR processes, onboarding, orientation, and labor management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce operations, which may include TA, HR or labor/productivity, process improvement methodologies, and project management. Ideal candidate would live in Dallas, TX.
