Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
- Attend client production and/or staff meetings.
- Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
- Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
- Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
- Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
- Perform various customer service related activities.
