About The Position

As a Workforce Management - Workforce Software - Manager, you will engage with clients to optimize their workforce strategies, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on providing consulting services related to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organizations. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
