About The Position

The Workforce Management Systems Specialist supports Uline’s Customer Service team by troubleshooting workforce management software, identifying system improvements, analyzing operational data, and managing related projects. The role serves as a liaison for NICE workforce management software and works with IT, business partners, vendors, and the WFM team to maintain optimal system performance and improve efficiency. The specialist creates and maintains data in the NICE WFM System, Excel, SQL, and Power BI dashboards. This position is on-site at Uline’s Kenosha Branch in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of administrative responsibility using WFM scheduling software.
• At least 3 years of Excel experience with a strong understanding of formulas.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• NICE WFM (IEX) experience preferred.
• SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for NICE workforce management software, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with IT, business partners, and vendors to support optimal performance.
• Identify system enhancement opportunities with the WFM team and provide support and training to increase efficiency.
• Analyze reports and operational data, collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies, and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
• Manage project execution for Holiday builds, PTO requests, and system upgrades.
• Create and maintain data in applications such as the NICE WFM System, Excel, SQL, and Power BI dashboards.
